Tender for the renewal of VMware licenses for the Securities and Exchange Commission

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the renewal of VMware Licenses for a period of one (1) year. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures and is restricted to eligible citizen and local bidders, as defined under the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 (as amended by Act No. 17 of 2023).

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K500.00 (or equivalent) via the online payment system of the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system.

Submission: Bids must be submitted through the ZPPA e-GP platform. Closing date: Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. Hard copies and bids submitted outside the e-GP platform will not be accepted.
