Tender for the construction of a bus station, ablution block and water reticulation system in Katambwa Ward for Chilubi Town Council

The Chilubi Town Council has secured funds from Zambia Devolution Support Program (ZDSP) and intends to apply the funds towards the construction of a Bus Station Ablution Block and water Reticulation System in Katambwa Ward of Chilubi District.
Chilubi Town council now invites bids from eligible interested Citizen and local bidders registered in Zambia with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA), NAPSA Compliance, ZPPA certificate, EIZ, NCC and have a valid Tax Clearance certificate with Zambia Revenue Authority.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at Chilubi Town Council, Procurement unit, Civic Centre, Plot 1110, Bangweulu Road, P.O Box 490050, Chilubi Town Council, Contact Line 0969305374 / 0970132549 between 08:00 and 17:00hours,
SITE VISIT
Site Visit shall be mandatory and will take place on Tuesday 22nd September ,2026 from 09:00- 17:00 in the Company of the Contract and project Managers
CONTRACT TYPE
The contract shall be a Full contract under Open National Bidding. All the specification are contained in the bidding document, interested bidders are required to pay a participation fee of ZMW 1,500.00 via E-GP System which is non-refundable.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied with a bid declaration form, clearly marked: Tender for the Construction of a Bus Station, Ablution Block and Water Reticulation System in Katambwa Ward and must be submitted VIA E-GP PLATFORM .All bids should be addressed to the following : The Council Secretary Chilubi Town Council, Plot No. 1110 Bangweulu Road P.O Box 490050, Chilubi Zambia not later than Friday 02nd October ,2026 at 10: 00 hours local time.
