Tender for the provision of security services for the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia

The Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ), an independent, non-governmental organisation dedicated to advancing research and strengthening health systems in Zambia, invites eligible security companies to submit proposals for the provision of high-quality security services for CIDRZ and its field offices in selected provinces.
Lots to bid for (Day Guard / Night Guard requirements by facility):

Lot 1 — CIDRZ HQ Lusaka and Lusaka facilities (Matero, UTH, Kalingalinga, George, Chawama, Kanyama, Chilenje)
Lot 2 — Copperbelt Province (Ndola, Kitwe, Luanshya, Mufulira, Chingola)
Lot 3 — Central Province (Kabwe)
Lot 4 — Eastern Province (Chipata) and North-Western Province (Solwezi)
Lot 5 — Western Province (Mongu)
Lot 6 — Southern Province (Livingstone)

Bidders must submit bids for the lots that correspond to their operational coverage. Bids will be evaluated in three stages: preliminary, technical, and financial evaluation. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by 15th August 2026 at 17:00 hours local time.

Collection of bidding documents: available from the CIDRZ Procurement Office, Stand No. 378A/15, Main Street, Ibex, Lusaka, or by request via the email below.

Submission: Each bid must be clearly marked Tender No. CIDRZ/010/07/2026 and addressed to the Head of Procurement and Supplies, CIDRZ, P.O. Box 34681, Lusaka. Bids must be deposited in the tender box on or before 20th August 2026.
