Tender for the provision of security services on a one-year running contract
The Copperbelt University (CBU) hereby invites bids from eligible companies for provision of security services on a One-Year Running Contract.
Bidding will be conducted via the Electronic Government Procurement (EGP) System through the Open Bidding National (OBN) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, and Regulations of 2022 and is open to eligible citizens and local bidders only.
Eligible bidders may obtain further information on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority EGP Platform. The bidding documents are available on the EGP Platform, and bidders will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 for purchase electronically.
Bids must be clearly marked with the tender description and be submitted via EGP on or before Friday, 2nd October, 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. The closing date for submission of bids is Friday 2nd October 2026 at 10.00hours. The bids will be opened online. Late bids will not be accepted.
Mandatory site visits will be held on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 7th (Kitwe and Ndola) and 10th and 11th September 2026 (Lusaka Campus) starting at 10.00 hours. Bidders are to assemble at Procurement Offices at 09.30 hours for Kitwe and Ndola, and Lusaka Campus Premises for Lusaka.
